I had severe headaches for several months, had every test going, even had a tooth removed when it was suggested that it might be the cause.

Nothing helped. I was getting more and more desperate, so I went to see Áine for some cranial. I don't know what she did, in fact it looked to me like she wasn't doing anything. She explained something about membranes and fluids but to be honest I couldn't take it in.

What I really care about is that I no longer have headaches.

About Shiatsu

In 1992 I had the good fortune to get a gift of Shiatsu sessions with Áine. Her warm welcome and full interest in how I felt soon made me feel comfortable so I have continued to see her on a regular basis. Throughout the years she has applied her skills to ease and help prevent problems developing.

I have also been able to benefit from her good listening ear and sound advice about my general wellbeing.

I am now 70 years old and enjoy a healthy and very active life, which I feel is in part testament to the therapy I have received from Áine in the last 17 years.
