Supervision
Supervision Support for Complementary Therapists
Áine Collins recognises that many complementary therapists feel unsupported in their practice. A therapist may have the need to offload but struggle to do so appropriately. Supervision enables us to unburden and reflect in a professional and confidential context.
Áine is a firm believer in the value of peer and individual supervision. She has experienced it herself over many years in both her bodywork (Shiatsu & Craniosacral Therapy) and psychotherapy practice.
She offers a space that is safe, encouraging reflection and enquiry with respect and compassion. She starts from the premises that we can make mistakes and that we all want to be the best possible practitioner for the benefit of our clients. We want to be happy and fulfilled – not stressed, drained and burned out – in our work of caring for others.
Áine has provided supervision to complementary therapists for many years as well as working on behalf of the Craniosacral Therapy Asociation.
She offers one-off sessions and on-going, regular supervision as a way of providing a solid holding for our work as caring and cared-for complementary therapists.
For more information or to set up an initial meeting with her, please contact Aine Collins on 020 7277 8310.
“I had monthly sessions with Áine over a nine month period. I came to realise that it was much more than a chat or a luxury. It was assured time for me as practitioner where I gradually become more able to reflect deeply.”

“I could bring anything without fear of judgement. Áine has a lot of experience and knowledge to draw on and helped me to appreciate my strengths.”
